Don't go there if your car needs a vac. They will charge you extra if they have to stand up off their chairs. 20 for a mini valet (wash and vac inside) in a small car was already expensive but I agreed, then he asked to see my back floor and there is some dried grass, tried to charge 5 on top (see my attached photo and judge for yourself!). 25 valet listed nowhere on the price list. I left and did not pay. Had more done after a queue of cars at Tile Cross for 10 with a smile, 10 minute vac and a free air freshener on top. Potential customers remember to clean the car first before dropping them off 20! See attached photo of the 5 extra requirement!Your policy staff follow is ridiculous, no wonder it was empty apart from 2 lads on their phones sat down. I changed my review to better word the satire the responder did not understand.
