I had originally booked an appointment online for in a couple of weeks but they contacted me this morning to see if I would prefer an earlier appointment to which I attended. Excellent treatment and explanation of process given through out by Catherine ,also no unexpected inflated costs. Really pleased-thank you.
Fantastic DentistI hadnt used this surgery before but needed some emergency treatment which unfortunately was over the Christmas period. I made an enquiry via the website and Ashley contacted me straight away, even on Christmas Eve! He got me in at the next available opportunity which was amazing. Ashley and the team all put me at ease, and each trip has been a very personable experience. I have been so impressed that I have now transferred permanently to this practise despite a long drive to get there. Highly recommended!!
After many years of using the NHS for my Dental treatment, and observing the attention to detail getting less and less, I decided to try a private dentists, using a dental plan payment system. I have just had my second appointment (6 months apart), and still have the same opinion I had after the first one. I have been going to the Balsall Common Dental Practise for years and I can happily recommend them to friends and family. They are very professional and caring. From the reception staff, hygienists and dentists they are a great practise to cover your needs. Being a slight nervous patient I have to say both Cathy and Ashley have such a great manner you'll be at ease straight away. Recently Ashley performed a rather tricky root canal and he was brilliant. Calm, collected and skilled. From a patient who needed the expert to be good at communication throughout the procedure, whilst getting on with the tricky job I'm delighted to provide this review as my thanks to the team and Ashley in particular.
