Great class and really friendly environment, good instructors that help you and support you all the way, if you want to increase your fitness and learn new skills, then this is the class for you.
Such a great self defence system to learn. Being a women it is important to know how to defend yourself in any situation because it's a big bad world out there & better to know how to defend yourself & never have to use it than to be in a situation wishing you had learnt self defence but it being too late. Krav has given me the tools to be confident in defending myself, it's got my fitness up & I have so much fun in the classes with everybody that I train with too. Great energy in all the classes!! I would definitely recommend Krav Maga to everybody, men, women & children.
