Picked up a large bed throw, place stunk of smoke, think about that, somewhere you take your items to be cleaned smelling like an old pub. The woman blamed "Dave the van driver" like it was acceptable! Blaise attitude towards this disgusting situation. Took the throw directly to Johnsons in Kenilworth, not having anything in my house smelling like that. Waste of 19, if I could be bothered, I'd pursue a refund. Avoid.
Took an item in to be dry cleaned and it was completely ruined. I was not offered any kind of compensation and barely an apology. Will stay well clear of this dry cleaners and would recommend that others do the same.
