Very disappointed in salesman wanted to but a car from him valued my two vehicles gave me a price which l didn't think fair . Didn't attempt to try a sort things out and see if we could haggle just let me walk away from a sale I bet I was there 5 minutes. Just didn't seem bothered shame because I really wanted a car from them
Truly dreadful service - do not use. I booked my car in for a warranty repair. As I dont live locally or near a closer dealership we agreed I would drop the car off at a more local relatives address and it would be collected for the repair to be done. It would then be returned and I would collect from my relatives and travel on home from work. Having done so on the day in question and having them gone off to work I was informed by the garage it wouldnt be collected. Ok - slightly annoying as was the further 2 weeks I had to wait for the next available slot for the repair. As recompense however it was agreed the my would collect the car from my home address, get the work done and return it the same day - fine...So the day comes, 9am comes and goes, as does 9:30 so I call. The person dealing with the job is with a client but will call me back. 10am comes and goes. At 10:30 I call back. I am informed I am the next person on the drivers list, I confirm my address, they gave this,they cant tell me when then driver will be there but it will be that dayOk, plans for the day scuppered but ok. Am then informed that they will not be able to do the job today, it will be a few days.This wasnt mentioned the first time the fault was reported nor when subsequently booked in. I explain I needed the car for work, and ask could they offer a courtesy car, non available. After 10 further mins I am offered a hire car success!!!! They will just organise things and call me back...20 mins later the manager calls me.... Apparently they cannot collect the car, nor offer me a courtesy car. Apparently they werent told where I lived and I was too far away. Problem with this is in my conversation with the managers colleague she confirmed my addressAnd the i was the drivers next Job... Even when I subsequently offer to drive the car to the relatives house (as per the first agreement) this is refused. So after 2 failed collections, 2 daysBooked off work and and 3 hours on the phone I am left with the only option of driving for 1.5 hours with my children with me to drop my car off with no way of getting home....Wonderful customer service I am sure you will agreeAvoid!

Went in for rest drive only and brought a car. I hate car shopping due to sales team often trying to pressure you into spelling money, we saw Jessica and found her to be to very friendly, no pressure sales at all (which is why i decided to buy from here), very please and world recommend.
