Rang through on Tuesday evening at 17:23 with a look at speaking to the parts department in regards to my Subaru BRZ and enquiring as to a price on both front Daytime Running Light lamp units. I got through to Natalie who upon taking the details immediately informed me that she should have gone home 5 minutes before she answered my call and took my vehicle details & told me she would call me in the morning as she should have already left to go home. I'll spend elsewhere.

From first seeing vehicle on website customer care and service was first rate. Great part exchange and handover of new vehicle absolutely flawless and smooth to drive away with everything sorted and without any worries. Service department prepared car to an excellent standard and have had no concerns while running it. Sales and hospitality good, welcoming, comfortable and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this dealership.

Non existent customer service with criminal high prices.....(10 for 4 cable ties).The whole experience didn't start well when they told me my brand new car had a problem and they had to wait for a specialist to fix, in the mean time I was told I had to pay finance on a car I didn't have. When I complained they said sorry can't help!! I went over their heads and managed to get two months refunded no thanks to these guys!!!That's just one thing out of many that happened to me, I did complain but they never rang me back.STAY CLEAR DONT BUY FROM HERE.....I won't be!!!!
