ALSO NOT EVEN CONSIDER NEGOTIATION.04/10/2018Interesting reply from the owner, however I would still disagree. My car was valued by TSC 1000 less than other second hand car dealers.I would understand it if the price for the car I planned to buy was cheaper that the others I had seen but it was not. I found a better car for similar money and my car was valued 1000 more than TSC was offering. As for their obscure program I can only say that perhaps the other 3 dealers must be loosing money although they had more cars in the yard than TSC.
Bought a car over 2 months ago which had a faulty battery inside the main key. Got told that it would be changed and what they did was swapping the battery from the spare key... then got told that I was getting a new battery by post, never arrived... then over 2 months down the line, no V5 sent from DVLA... Checked with the DVLA and the car is still registered to the trade business... just a joke... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE...
I went t TSC Cars last weekend and walked away with the perfect car! Excellent customer service and I got it for a fantastic price. Bob was friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend anyone looking for a good price reliable car.
If you are in the following criteria and serve by arrogant sales like Bob please don't waste you time:1. Don't view a car higher than your budget- he doesn't believe anyone will stretch the budget.2. Don't start the engine of his car- waste his fuel.3. Don't negotiate on the price- for Bob a customer shouldn't do that and negotiation is not for salesman like him (I wonder if he is expecting customers to offer him more than what he asking for).4. Please give him a sincere smile no matter how rude you have been treated by Bob- he's expecting it.Other than the above, Bob knows what's doing as a sales, really.
